Our journey that started in the small village of San Mauro Pascoli, Italy, three decades ago. In those days, our summers were spent amidst fig and peach trees, in the loving embrace of our grandmother’s garden. We had our roles, our responsibilities within the household. Fetching olive oil from the pantry, running to fill water from the quaint fountain across the street, shelling peas with our great-grandmother. And we loved it.
